IIBA supports recognition of the profession, networking and community engagement, standards and resource development, comprehensive certification programs, and support for education providers.
Through the Academic Program, IIBA has endorsed the following eight core courses from Moraine Park’s Business Analyst program: Business Analyst Software Applications, Business Analyst Essentials, Business Analyst Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation Techniques, Requirements Life Cycle Management, Requirements Analysis and Design, Business Analyst Solution Evaluation, and Business Analyst Strategy Analysis.
Moraine Park is the first two-year college in Wisconsin to achieve this endorsement and is listed on IIBA’s endorsed education and training website. An IIBA endorsed course offers the following benefits to students:

What You’ll Learn
The online Business Analyst program at Moraine Park prepares students to decipher organization structure, policies and operation through collaborating and building relationships among stakeholders. Graduates of the Moraine Park Business Analyst program will be prepared to elicit requirements or needs from stakeholders such as customers or subject matter experts of processes or workflows, information technology, and supply chains. They will explore the use of a variety of best practice techniques, analytics, and relevant technologies to validate, analyze, and synthesize information to gain insights. Students will also complete strategy analysis and solution evaluation to assess performance and value.

Your academic journey can continue at a four-year college or university. Earn your associate degree at Moraine Park and then apply those credits toward a bachelor’s degree. Financial Aid is available for associate degree and technical diploma programs (those that are 2 semesters in length and typically with 28 credits or more). While attending Moraine Park during the 2024-25 school year, your estimated cost of attendance for one full year includes tuition of $4,462 (15 credits for fall and spring semester), fees of $338, food and housing of $3,008 (if living with parents, $9,147 if living on your own), books and supplies of $1,465, personal expenses of $3,608, and transportation of $4,017 for a total of $17,002. Your direct costs (those costs paid directly to the college) include tuition & fees. The indirect costs (costs not paid to the college) can vary from individual to individual and your own personal needs.

Students also earn the Project Coordinator Certificate by completing the Business Analyst Associate Degree. Earn a certificate and an associate degree along this pathway. Start with some courses for entry-level employment, and continue with additional courses for higher wages and job advancement.
