About the Program

Perfect for working adults, the Quality/Supervision Certificate allows students to strengthen leadership and quality management skills by emphasizing principles of organization, leadership and quality control. The courses help current professionals move into a management role or excel in their current position. This certificate offers a flexible schedule with working adults in mind. Extensive out-of-class work is required.

What You'll Learn

A combination of the leadership development and quality management programs, students in the Quality/Supervision Certificate program learn the principles of organization, leading and quality control. Students are trained to apply various quality improvement tools. Graduates are prepared to confirm that products and services are compliant and meet ISO standards.

The credits in this certificate may be applied toward an associate of applied science degree should students continue their education.

Courses in this certificate can be customized for on-site company training.
