This program is designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills to navigate the dynamic world of business. From understanding the core functions of a business to exploring the entrepreneurial mindset, students will gain a holistic perspective on the business landscape. 

What You'll Learn

This program provides a foundation in business and fosters an entrepreneurial mindset by exploring the intricacies of small business ownership. Students will gain the skills and knowledge to succeed in both traditional business settings and entrepreneurial ventures. The courses from this program can be directly transferred into Moraine Park’s Small Business Entrepreneurship Associate of Applied Science degree.

Credit for Prior Learning

Transform the skills and abilities developed through previous experience into college credit through MPTC’s Credit for Prior Learning process. 

  • Transfer credit from other colleges/universities
  • Earn college credit for your military training and experience
  • Earn college credit via Advance Placement, CLEP, DANTES/DSST or MPTC Challenge Exams
  • Earn college credit from previous/current work and life experiences
