Scholarships

A scholarship is a sum of money provided by a generous individual, family, business or organization that is awarded to a student to help further their education. Unlike a student loan, scholarships are gifts that do not need to be paid back. For a list of scholarship and grant opportunities, as well as information on how to apply, please visit www.morainepark.edu/scholarships

Moraine Park Foundation Scholarship

Moraine Park Foundation scholarships are possible because of generous gifts from alumni, Moraine Park employees, businesses, service clubs, and friends of the College who believe in higher education and making Moraine Park affordable to students. The Foundation provides students more than $300,000 annually, with awards ranging from $250 to $4,500.

Berger Book Bag Fund and President's Circle Textbook Scholarship

Berger Book Bag and President’s Circle are funds administered by the Moraine Park Foundation, Inc. to Moraine Park Technical College students who have difficulty in purchasing required books and academic supplies. The Berger Book Bag program is made possible through the generous gift made by Judith Berger O’Brien to honor the memory of Joseph S. Berger, Jr.  The President’s Circle program is made possible through generous individuals and businesses who believe in the power of education to change lives, family, and communities.
