If you are planning to use veteran education benefits at Moraine Park Technical College please follow these steps:
- Contact our Student Veterans Specialist at (920) 924-3489 or veterans@morainepark.edu to set up an initial consultation about benefits and the enrollment process. In accordance with 34 CFR 668, Moraine Park does not engage in incentive compensation or high-pressure recruitment of military students.
- Bring all military documents that are applicable to you (i.e. certificate of eligibility, DD214s, NOBE, KICKER, etc.).
- If you are a dependent, some benefits will need other documentation. Please contact us for more information.
- All Veterans should supply the college with their military transcripts.
- Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy transcripts can be requested through JST: https://jst.doded.mil/.
- Air Force transcripts can be requested through: http://www.airuniversity.af.mil/Barnes/CCAF/.
- After you enroll in classes, complete a Veterans Certification Request for the Federal Benefit you are using.
- It is strongly advised to apply for Financial Aid along with your Federal VA benefits. For questions regarding benefits or financial aid, contact the School Certifying Official at (920) 924-3210 or veterans@morainepark.edu. For more information on the process, refer to Moraine Park Financial Aid.
