myMPTC Student Portal is your central hub for accessing important tools—including everything listed below.
- myFinancial Aid can be accessed after you complete the FAFSA and you are admitted to an aid-eligible program. This is where you can view all aid offered to you. It is also where you accept, reduce, or decline your awards, and view any additional information needed before your financial aid can be processed.
- Max Pay is where you can review your billing statements and sign up for e-Refunds. Billing statements are created each semester, about one month prior to the first day of classes.
- MPTC Student Email is the primary way the College communicates with you. Be sure to monitor it daily if possible.
Important Student Dates
- Date of Record is when your class schedule must be finalized. Enrollment locks at midnight the day before the date of record; financial aid awards are then reviewed and adjusted to match your enrollment.
- Disbursement is when financial aid funds are credited to your student account.
- Book Authorization is when financial aid funds are available to purchase course materials through the eCampus Online Bookstore.
